I have not received a confirmation email?Firstly, please check the email address that you entered at check out is correct. If so, please check your junk mail too, if it's still not received after 4 hours of placing your order then you can use the CONTACT US section and we'll look into this for you. Please send us the full name used on your order to help us locate it.

I received an email to say my order was unsuccessfulWe're sorry that your order was unsuccessful, there are various reasons that this can happen but it is related to the billing information provided. If you wish to reorder we would recommend to verify all billing information including name and address before placing your order again, and/or use an alternative payment method. Your card has not been charged for this order, however it may have been authorized* – this will automatically be reversed within 48 hours as your order has now been cancelled. *An authorization is a temporary hold of funds on your credit/ debit card. For instance when you purchase a product using card payment the bank will 'hold' the money on behalf of Unleashia UAE to ensure there are enough funds to be charged when the order is confirmed. This may reflect as a transaction on your account but no funds have been taken from your account.

I can't checkout with some of the items in my basketThis may mean that the product is now out of stock. The product may have been available when you added it to your basket but by the time you have completed the checkout process the product is now no longer available. The site will 'save' this item in your basket, but will not reserve the stock. Unfortunately, this is more common during sale periods and product launches when products are in high demand.

Can I cancel my order?Unfortunately cancelation requests cannot be always be accommodated. We will try our best to assist but after a certain stage of order processing it can no longer be canceled. We aim to ship orders as fast as we can so although you may message us immediately after placing your order, unfortunately it doesn't always guarantee cancelation. The cancelation request has to be reviewed and the request is sent to our warehouse processing team. If you would like to attempt cancelation of an order, please send us the Order Number to be cancelled and include the message: Please Cancel My Order. This will help us prioritize your email. Can I change the shipping address on my order?If you have made an error in your shipping address, please let us know as soon as possible via the CONTACT US section using the email address associated with your order. Please also include your order number AND the correct address. If your order has already shipped, and you have your tracking details we would also recommend you to contact your courier to advise them of the address update. We will try our best to make any updates to your address, however depending on the status of your shipment it may not be possible.

Can I change the items on my order?Unfortunately, we cannot amend orders, we would love to be able to change this for you, however, this is not possible after the order has been submitted to our warehouse to be processed.

I purchased an item and it's no longer available?All products sold on the site are subject to availability. If they are not available, we will inform you and a refund will be processed for the item. This does not happen often, but unfortunately it is more common over peak periods due to the high volume of orders and fast moving inventory. We take as many precautions as we can to avoid this situation, however, it does happen from time to time. Please note Unleashia UAE reserves the right to cancel or amend orders. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

How long will my order take to arrive?Orders will be subject to warehouse processing time, plus courier shipping times. Order Processing Time: 2 business days + Courier Shipping Time Region Shipping (business days) You will receive your tracking details when your order has been processed and ready for collection from the courier. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to activate. (If you have received your tracking information on a Friday, it may not update until Monday when the shipment is collected from our warehouse). *The dates mentioned provide a guideline, shipping timeframes may be subject to change.

How much will I be charged for shipping?The cost of shipping will depend on your delivery address. After entering your delivery address at check out you will be able to view the delivery options available to you and their cost.

How much do I have to spend to qualify for free shipping?Free shipping will be applied on orders over AED100. This will be applied on the currency displayed on your order, not based on conversion. *Please note, the free shipping threshold is calculated after any discounts have been applied, and before any taxes are added at checkout. This may vary during promotions and sale periods.

How do I track my order?You will receive an email when your order has been processed, this will include the tracking number for your order, your courier and a trackable link. If you track your order immediately after receiving your email, you may receive an error message, please wait up to 24 hours and try again for your tracking details to generate online.

I have received my tracking link but it hasn't updated in a while.If you try to track your order immediately after receiving your tracking detail email you may see an error on the courier tracking page. Please wait 12 hours and re-try, this will allow time for your tracking details to generate online. My package says delivered, but I haven't received it.We are sorry that you haven't received your order! Firstly, we would recommend to check your 'Electronic Proof Of Delivery' you can access this via the same link used to track your order. You can use this information to confirm where your package was delivered and who has signed for it, in the case that a friend / colleague has received the order for you. Can I combine multiple orders for delivery?Unfortunately we are unable to combine your orders for delivery, if you place multiple orders they will be shipped separately, we are so sorry we are unable to assist further with this request.

Can I return my item?Please take into consideration that we only accept qualifying returns but not exchanges. Refunds are issued once the returned products clear our inspection. 1) An item is eligible for cancellation if: -you posted a Return request within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status (if your order is under “Preparing Shipment” status, please contact our customer service center) or -the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay; or -the ordered item is out of stock. 2) We accept return(s) if: -you receive a product different from your order; or -you receive a defective product. 3) We do not accept return(s) if: -you are returning the items just because you changed your mind (on size, color, etc.) -the products are damaged due to your mishandling -your return request is not approved by our staff The following items are not considered defective: * Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels * Items with creases that may have been made while shipping * Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production Please let us know within 7 days of your order being received. Can I exchange my items?Unfortunately we don't have an exchange policy, any items that are eligible to be returned can be returned for a refund only. If you need an alternative product you would be required to return the items and place a new order.

How do I return my items?(1) Contact Us within three days of receipt. You are required to attach the photos of the received product(s) and include the item code, the order number, and the reason for the return. (2) A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email or phone. (3) Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Also, you need to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID. *Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted. *Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. What currency is the site in?The site currently hosts AED. If your local currency is not applied on your order, you will be charged in the default currency. The currency conversion will then be applied by your issuing bank.

When will I be charged for my order?You will be charged when your order has been verified and approved. The payment process happens in two stages; the first step is an authorization, this is a temporary hold of funds on your credit/ debit card, when you purchase a product using card payment, the bank will 'hold' money on behalf of Unleashia UAE to ensure there will enough funds to be charged when the order is confirmed. This may reflect as a transaction on your account but at this stage no funds have been taken from your account. The second stage of the payment is when the funds are transferred from your account. These steps usually happen within minutes of each other. However, if your order is not verified and approved, the funds will not be transferred from your account and the hold will be reversed after 48 hours. If this happens, you will receive an email updating you that your order has not been successful and no money has been transferred.

How long will it take to receive my refund?If you are waiting for a refund for items that you have returned, your refund will be processed within 14 days of the items being received at our warehouse. You can use your return tracking number to confirm if they have been received successfully. The items will be checked and verified and then the refund will be initiated. After a refund has been processed from our end, it can take up to 14 days to reflect with your issuing bank. After this period if you have still not received your refund please let us know.

My order was unsuccessful, when will I be refunded?If you receive an email to inform you that your order was unsuccessful and has been cancelled, it is unlikely that any money was transferred from your account. An authorization may have occurred, which is just a temporary hold on the funds, and no money has been transferred. In this scenario the hold will be lifted automatically within 48 hours, however this may take longer to reflect with your issuing bank. If you have any concerns or questions to whether your card was charged or 'authorized' just let us know.

What happens to my refund if my card is no longer in use?As long as the card account is still open your refund will still go back on that card. We can still process a refund to the same card even if it has been lost, stolen or cancelled. We cannot refund your order to another card or payment method.

My refund amount is incorrect, what should I do?We are so sorry if there has been an error with your refund. Just let us know and we will resolve this for you, first we would recommend to check that there were no discounts applied at the time of sale, and that your delivery charge should have been eligible for refund if it is relating to returned items.

Are Unleashia products vegan?At Unleashia , we define vegan friendly as products that do not contain any animal derived ingredients or animal by-products. We can confirm that all Unleashia UAE products and ingredients have not been tested on animals and vegan.

I have taken an allergic reaction to one of your products, what should I do?We would recommend to perform a patch test before using the products. We're sorry that you've had an allergic reaction! We would recommend that you stop using the product and get in touch with us. We'll ask you to provide us with some additional details in order to review this further and provide you any recommendations.
